Pharmacy Weight Loss Port Glasgow is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Port Glasgow and the wider United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK medicines law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information. Certain medical conditions or medications may make you ineligible for weight loss treatment. This will be assessed during your consultation.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Assessment

All prescription medications dispensed by us require a valid clinical assessment completed through our online consultation form. Our prescribing clinicians will review your responses before any prescription is issued or any medication is dispensed.

We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without an appropriate prescription. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or modify a prescription if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medical history, or current medications that may affect your suitability for treatment.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Your payment will only be taken once your order is submitted. If your prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

We do not store your full card details. All payment processing is handled by our secure third-party payment provider.

5. Delivery

Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.

Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather, carrier delays, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched.

It is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable person is available to receive the delivery and that the address provided is accurate and complete.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines unless the product is faulty or incorrectly dispensed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

The information provided on our website and through our consultation service is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for a full face-to-face medical consultation with your GP or a specialist.
